After obtaining a MSc in Coastal Engineering from the University of Southampton (UK), my experience includes 15+ years working at the Biarritz sea museum research center,  OSRL, IPIECA/IMO, UNEP, ITOPF and OTRA, as well as numerous secondments in major oil and gas company affiliates worldwide.

After substantial experience in the industry and intergovernmental organisations, I have now engaged in a new chapter with the ambition to provide high standard, reliable and tailored services to the private and the public sectors in the fields of oil spill preparedness and response, emergency coordination and environmental protection.

• Lead response coordinator 7x oil spill incidents worlwide
• IMT coordinator of major security incident (2021)
• Lead consultant for the preparation and delivery of Full scale oil spill response exercise in Cape Town (2022) and Mombasa (2025)
• Lead author of MASE oil spill risk assessment Study in the Western Indian Ocean (2023)
• Lead author of the PERSGA regional dispersant guidelines
• Lead coordinator of the UNEP Conference of Parties to the Abidjan Convention in Cape Town (2014)
• Lead coordinator of the GI WACAF Regional Conference in Lagos, Nigeria (2011)
• Lead consultant for the development of oil spill contingency plans for the oil and gas industry
• 10s+ workshops, trainings, exercises organised worldwide.
